Inspection and Test for the Purpose of Maintenance of Installation
Installation
An installation, other than a domestic installation, shall be checked and tested by a competent person at least once in every five years, or at any time as directed by the Commission.
非住宅类电气装置须至少每 5 年由合格人员检查与测试一次，或按能源委员会指示执行。
Protective Relay & Device
Any protective relay and device of an installation shall be checked, tested and calibrated by a competent person at least once in every two years, or at any time as directed by the Commission.
所有保护继电器与保护装置须至少每 2 年检查、测试及校准一次，或按能源委员会指示执行。

No person shall perform or carry out any maintenance and repair, overhaul and service, test and commission of any installation or equipment and location of cable faults unless he holds a valid Certificate of Registration as an Electrical Services Contractor issued under these regulations.
任何人若未持有由法规颁发的有效电气服务承包商注册证书，不得进行任何维护、维修、检修、测试、调试或电缆故障定位工作。
